Our Vision
The University of Pittsburgh Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery residency program exists to train future otolaryngologists who will be leaders locally, nationally, and internationally. We seek to provide an inclusive learning environment with an unparalleled depth and breadth of exposure to all aspects of otolaryngology. Cultivating diversity and improving health equity within our field are essential components of fulfilling that mission. We aim to attract diverse residents, with a passion for excellence in clinical care, research, and education, as exemplified by our faculty.
